Booking Information
When enquiring about booking your tattoo, please supply us with the following information:
What Style Would You Like?
What is your preference, black and grey or colour? Please provide as much information as possible and any other information regarding the style of tattoo you’d like.
Placement
Where on your body would you like the tattoo and are there any existing tattoos to work around or cover up?
Reference Material
Please supply any reference pictures and ideas you have to give us a better understanding on what you would like.
By sending us all of the above, we will be able to give you the best possible idea on price, how long the tattoo will take and availability. Please also let us know if you have any condition medical or otherwise that may affect the tattoo process.
Creating Your Design
Once your booking is confirmed with your artist and a deposit is paid the design process will begin. Our artists will not design tattoos until you have secured a tattoo appointment with them. All designs and consultations are free.
Prior to your appointment, your artist will be in touch with you to present you your design and make sure you are happy with it.
It is worth noting we always strive to create a piece that is bespoke to you. As much as we encourage you to present us with other examples of tattoos you like when gathering reference material, we will always try our best to use these examples to create a piece that is unique to you.
Your artist may encourage you to visit the studio prior to your appointment to see the design and print it to size ready for your appointment. If this is not possible your artist can send your design via email/text/whatsapp with your permission.
Deposits
All bookings will require a deposit to secure your appointment.
Deposits can be paid directly to your chosen artist by either cash or bank transfer. All deposits are non refundable, however, if you give your artist 48 hours notice they can move your appointment and roll over your deposit. If you wish to cancel or reschedule your appointment on short notice you will lose your deposit and will have to pay another deposit to re-book.
You must arrive at your appointment on time and in a suitable condition to be tattooed. If our artist deems you too late (15 minutes late or more) or to be in an unsuitable condition for your tattoo the appointment will be terminated and you will lose your deposit.
Unsuitable conditions may include but are not limited to:
Under the age of 18
Intoxicated
Sunburnt
Pregnant
On any medication that would affect the tattoo process.
