The Inception Ink Golden Ticket is our most exclusive giveaway yet, offering one lucky winner the chance to receive free tattoos for a whole year. Please read the following Terms and Conditions carefully before entering.
1. Promoter
This competition is organised and run by Inception Ink, South Woodham Ferrers, Essex.
2. Eligibility
- Open to UK residents aged 18 and over.
- Employees of Inception Ink, their families, and anyone professionally connected with the competition are excluded.
- Entry is free, no purchase necessary.
3. Prize
- One winner will receive the Inception Ink Golden Ticket.
- The Golden Ticket entitles the winner to one tattoo session per calendar month for twelve consecutive months, starting from November 2025 at the Inception Ink studio.
- Each session is valued at up to £250 per day. Sessions may not be combined, carried over, or transferred to another person.
- Prize is non-transferable and has no cash alternative.
- Tattoos will be carried out by shop owner Luke Wintrip.
- Both cover-ups and laser tattoo removal sessions are included within the £250 monthly allowance if the winner chooses.
- Guest artists and merchandise are excluded from this offer.
- The promoter reserves the right to substitute the prize with another prize of equal or greater value if circumstances beyond our control make it necessary.
4. How to Enter
- To enter, participants must follow either the official Inception Ink Facebook, TikTok, or Instagram page (@inception.ink) or the shop owner @Lukewintriptattooartist Instagram or TikTok and tag three friends.
- Only entries made following the stated instructions will be counted.
- Multiple follows across both platforms will count as one entry per platform, per account.
- This promotion is in no way sponsored, endorsed or administered by, or associated with, Meta or TikTok. Entrants provide information to the Promoter, not to Instagram or TikTok.
5. Promotional Period
- Entries open on 4 September 2025 and close at 23:59 on 30 October 2025.
- Entries received after this will not be counted.
6. Draw
- The winner will be chosen at random on Halloween, 31 October 2025.
- The draw will be conducted at random using a computer process or independent adjudicator to ensure fairness.
- The winner will be announced publicly on Inception Ink’s social media channels and contacted directly. The winner will be contacted by DM and must respond within 7 days. If the winner does not respond, the Promoter reserves the right to select an alternative winner.
7. Conditions of Use
- Appointments must be pre-booked and are subject to artist availability.
- Missed or cancelled appointments without reasonable notice will count as that month’s session.
- Appointments cannot be rolled over to another month.
- The winner agrees to be photographed or filmed during their sessions for promotional use by Inception Ink.
- All designs and placements are subject to artist and studio approval for safety and suitability. The studio may refuse work that is unsafe, illegal, or discriminatory.
8. Liability
- The promoter accepts no responsibility for lost or incomplete entries.
- The promoter reserves the right to withdraw, amend, or suspend the competition if necessary.
- Standard Inception Ink consent forms and health checks will apply for all tattoo and laser removal sessions. Tattooing or laser sessions may be declined or deferred if health conditions or medications make treatment unsuitable.
9. Data Protection
- Personal data will be collected solely for the purpose of administering the competition and will not be shared with third parties.
- Personal data will be handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
10. Acceptance of Terms
- By entering, participants agree to be bound by these terms and conditions.
11. Governing Law
- This competition and its terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
